Mysore practice 4/7/19


It was such a busy day and I forgot to write my journal yesterday. I went to Nick's Mysore and felt somehow very light throughout the practice. Before the practice I told Nick that I still have some back pain. I felt so light and open I could touch my knees from the 1st surya namaskar. Nick gave me hands on padahastasana. Noriko pushed my hands down in prasarita padottanasana. It was gentle and nice!! Another very quick and firm help of Nick in supta kurmasana. When I rolled up from supta konasana, I kinda lost my balance and came down so quickly. Nick pointed this out. I usually stay a full breath there!!! But.. yes.. every practice is different :-) My setubandhasana felt okay. My neck is definitely getting better. His help in pashasana was great as always. Back bend was not so good... and he helped me all along throughout the 3 drop backs. I stayed 30 breathes in sirsasana and 15 in half bend. And... I stayed 15.. 15!!! breaths in utplitih. See... I felt very energised and light! Another great practice thanks to the teacher and fellow practitioners!
